Philippians 2:3–4 · World English Bible
Do nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.
Jesus gives the example, and Paul gives the practice: leadership that counts others as more important and looks after their interests as carefully as its own.
Before we meet, think about one place where your title, experience, or responsibility could be used to serve instead of to be seen. The discussion will connect Jesus’ humility to workplace habits: listening before deciding, doing overlooked work, sharing credit, and making leadership safer for the people entrusted to you.
